Majestic Village Update: October 2007
Construction commenced in July 2007. The club house and infrastructure are all complete on the Majestic Casares Site; Majestic Hills has already been completed and handed over to residents, with Majestic Gardens, Gardens 2 and Villas completing construction over the next couple of months. Majestic Village Casares is the final phase of construction and upon completion with be surrounded within an established community.
Initial works are underway to lay the road networks, perimeter walls and outline foundations for the project.
The continuing capital growth in Casares combined with the massive advancement in amenities and infrastructure including the development of golf courses, commercial zones and luxury hotel and spa complexes has resulted in the price per square meter coming in line with high profile areas such as Marbella, Nueva Andalucia and La Heredia.
