Thanks to favorable weather conditions through December construction has continues at pace with all major land movement now complete and initial building foundations underway.
The main access route from the perimeter of the site is underway with internal leveling of land showing the outlines of the internal road network.
Initial foundations for basement areas are at concrete stage with support beams and central pillars being fitted.
The continuing capital growth in Casares combined with the massive advancement in amenities and infrastructure including the development of golf courses, commercial zones and luxury hotel and spa complexes has resulted in the price per square meter coming in line with high profile areas such as Marbella, Nueva Andalucia and La Heredia.
