Majestic Village Doña Julia Update: October 2007
Construction commenced in July 2007. The main entrance to the Dona Julia site is now complete with a variety of amenities under construction along with the new 18 hole PGA golf course.
Initial works are underway to lay the road networks, perimeter walls and outline foundations for the Dona Julia project.
The continuing capital growth in Casares combined with the massive advancement in amenities and infrastructure including the development of golf courses, commercial zones and luxury hotel and spa complexes has resulted in the price per square meter coming in line with high profile areas such as Marbella, Nueva Andalucia and La Heredia.
