Majestic Village Doña Julia Update: June 2008
The main entrance to the Dona Julia site is now complete along with the first of three 18-hole golf courses, with a variety of additional amenities currently under construction. Upon completion the resort will offer access to the three 18-hole golf courses and a 9-hole practice area, luxury hotels (including the Park Hyatt Casares), commercial and leisure facilities which will include tennis, squash courts, swimming pools, spas and a horse riding centre. From its vantage point at the main pinnacle overseeing the completed 18-hole Dona Julia course, El Cortesin Golf course and the coastline, Majestic Village Dona Julia is well positioned with views to the golf courses and the sea. The main access route to the plot is now complete with initial infrastructure underway including roads as well as electricity and water services. The perimeter walls are almost complete with the first phase of townhouse structures at an advanced stage.
The first row of townhouses are now showing an advanced stage of construction, With Roof areas now being enclosed.
The brickwork in fills are now showing the first signs of the townhouse entrances.
Second Phase land extraction is now also well underway.
With Foundations for the first rows of townhouses under construction.
