Initial Foundations are well underway.
Initial works on the perimeter buildings has allowed for land leveling to continue across the remainder of the site, for access roads and additional foundation extraction.
The continuing capital growth in Casares combined with the massive advancement in amenities and infrastructure including the development of golf courses, commercial zones and luxury hotel and spa complexes has resulted in the price per square meter coming in line with high profile areas such as Marbella, Nueva Andalucia and La Heredia.
