Majestic Village Doña Julia Update: December 2007
The main entrance to the Dona Julia site is now complete along with the first of three 18 hole golf courses, with a variety of additional amenities currently under construction. The Dona Julia resort is reported to be the largest investment on the Costa del Sol for 30 years. Upon completion the resort will offer three 18-hole golf courses and a 9 hole practice area, luxury hotels (including the Park Hyatt Casares), commercial and leisure facilities which include tennis, squash courts, swimming pools, spas, horse riding center, just to mention a few.
From its vantage point at the main pinnacle overseeing the completed 18 hole Dona Julia course, El Cortesin Golf course and the coastline, Majestic Village Dona Julia is ideally positioned with views to the golf and sea.
The main access way to the plot is now complete with initial infrastructure underway including roads and electricity and water services. The perimeter walls are being completed in preparation for the construction of the property foundations.
The continuing capital growth in Casares combined with the massive advancement in amenities and infrastructure including the development of golf courses, commercial zones and luxury hotel and spa complexes has resulted in the price per square meter coming in line with high profile areas such as Marbella, Nueva Andalucia and La Heredia.
